• Board: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (Urology)
  
• Licenses: Active KY License or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
  
• Certifications: ACLS (Preferred)
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for urology inpatient consults and emergencies
  
• Perform general urology procedures including ESWL on Tuesdays
  
• Conduct advanced endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopy
  
• Collaborate with onsite ambulatory APRNs for clinic support
  
• Manage inpatient urological cases with potential outpatient procedures
