Primary Care Physician – Lakeland, FL

In order to achieve our vision and deliver our mission, we need the best primary care providers and clinical leaders that are seeking to fulfill purpose and personal opportunity and join the team. Role: - Compensation: Base $260K+
- Bonus: Up to 10$ of base salary
- Partnership: No Buy-in.
- Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule
- No nights or in hospital call
- 100% outpatient
- Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)

Requirements: - Residency Trained IM/FM
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
