- Must have an orientation date can commit to with in two weeks of first blockÂ

- Will need to see ages 6 months and up
- Census:

- Elective 6-10
- Trauma 0-1 (1-2 per month)
- Peds 0-2

- 11 Physicians in group
- 1 Assistant - No CRNA
- Procedures:Â
- Major Vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repair
- Cardiac Cath Lab Cases
- OB
- Trauma
- Spinal
- Ortho
- Thoracic
- Regional ANES/Peripheral nerve blocks
- EMR:
- Board Certification:Â
- Board Certified
- Cardiac fellowship preffered but not required
- Travel:Â
- Credentialing timeline:
- Temp priveleges can be requested with clean backgroundÂ
- Requirements:
- Active INÂ state licenseÂ
- Active BLS (from AHA)
- 2+ years experienceÂ
