About the Role:
An outstanding opportunity is available for a skilled Physical Therapist with a focus in hand and orthopedic services to join a growing hospital-based team in North Central Florida. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for hand and orthopedic patients.

• Provide therapy to improve strength, function, and mobility.

• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals for comprehensive care.

• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and preventive practices.

• Maintain detailed documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

• Previous experience in hand therapy and/or orthopedic care strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient engagement skills.
