Our client in Pleasant Hill is currently seeking a OT for their SNF contract assignment. The ideal candidate will possess an active OT California license. You must be a graduate of a OT program and possess previous work experience as a OT.

Job Details & Responsibilities:
Pay: $2,600/ Week
Specialty: OT
Setting: SNF
Ratios: 8-12 patients per day
Call: None
Length: 13 week contract
Shift/Hours: 40 hours per week
EMR: NetHealth
*Will accept locals - rate subject to change for local candidate*
Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques.
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
Active CA OT License
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
AHA CPR/BLS Certification
Covid Vaccination Card
Min. 1 year experience as a OT
Current Resume- reflecting 7 years of work history and education
