Job Description
- Full spectrum OBGYN physician role
- Physician owned and led multispecialty group
- 5 OBG's and 2 WHNP's
- Family Medicine - Internal Medicine - Pediatrics - OBGYN
- Clinic and OB deliveries and C-sections and Surgical GYN
- Call 1:4 weekdays and weekends
- Off 1/2 day post call
- 1 dedicated MA per provider
- Goal is 25-30patients per day
- Schedule 1 patient per hour during ramp up
- Group uses Athena EMR
- Growing their Medicare Advantage foothold
- Patients of all ages and panel size of 1,500
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary plus bonuses
- $50,000 Sign-On bonus
- Two-year salary guarantee then production
- Up to $20,000 year in bonuses in addition to guarantee
- Total compensation for PCP is $350,000-$400,000
- Shareholdersoffered (average $35,000 a year additional income)
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
- Benefits include health-dental-vision-long term disability
- 20 days PTO
- Retirement 401k with 100% match up to 4%
