Pay & Benefits
- Pay Package: $42/hr for local candidates within 50 miles of facility and $55/hr for candidates traveling outside 50 miles from facility.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct intake and evaluation assessments for new clients
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing therapy through individual, group, and family sessions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Participate in staff meetings, case presentations, and special interest groups
- Support trauma-informed care and promote a safe environment
- Uphold all policies, including compliance and ethical standards
What You Need
Required:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- LMHC or LISW licensure in Iowa
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in mental health preferred
Preferred:
- Experience with individual and group therapy
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
