Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized care to neuro ICU patients in a fast-paced acute setting
- Monitor neurological status, intracranial pressure, and ventilator support
- Perform IV starts, telemetry, and intracranial pressure monitoring
- Manage ventilators and respond to patient emergencies effectively
- Document patient care using Epic EHR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license or Compact license accepted
- At least 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
- Current BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, telemetry, and vent management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
