What You'll Do
- Provide advanced nursing care for ICU patients across diverse specialties, including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU units
- Float within units of equal or lower acuity to support staffing needs
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, utilizing ventilators, telemetry, and other critical care tools
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to protocols and safety standards
- Document patient care accurately within the EPIC system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to license
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to start IVs, manage telemetry, and ventilators
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
