What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care for electrophysiology procedures including device implantations, ablations, and arrhythmia inductions
- Assist with cardiac mapping, conduction studies, and cardioversion
- Support patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care
- Operate and troubleshoot electrophysiology lab equipment
- Collaborate closely with physicians and technical staff to ensure procedural success
- Document procedures accurately in electronic medical record systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Ohio or current eligible state
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent EP Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Proficiency with Epic software and electrophysiology procedures
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills

This role is in the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab of a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment. The RN will be integral to supporting advanced cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality care during complex electrophysiology interventions.
