What You’ll Do
- Provide home-based nursing care to patients in the community setting
- Assess, teach, and document patient health status
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and community resources
- Promote health maintenance and injury prevention
- Follow established protocols and care plans
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Respond independently to clinical situations using critical thinking and judgment
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification
- Proven experience in community health or home health nursing
- Critical thinking, interpersonal, and supervision skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours and on-call responsibilities
- Ability to drive in various weather conditions
- Demonstrated dependability and professionalism
