Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Minneapolis, MN

- Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (various shift lengths)
- Hours/Week: Minimum of 36 hours per week, with 2 consecutive weeks per month required
- Employment Type: Full-time (ongoing contract)
- License/Certifications: MN Registered Nurse license, RN Anesthetist certification, ACLS/BLS Tier 2
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $218.59
- Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit, weekly schedule
- Paid Orientation: 3 days
- Overtime: $1.5x normal rate after scheduled hours; OT rules discussed upon application
- Holiday Pay: 1.5x pay on major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- Call Pay: Weekend beeper call up to $1,000; weeknight up to $700; overnight shifts available (not required)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia care in a tertiary hospital setting for patients aged 12+
- Support staff with a 4:1 care team model during procedures
- Handle a variety of specialized cases within the scope of CRNA practice (no blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals)
- Work independently within supervised models, supporting anesthesia plans without performing advanced procedures
- Assist with patient care before, during, and after anesthesia
- Support staff and department operations to ensure efficient patient flow
- Participate in occasional overnight and weekend shifts if interested
What You Need:
- Valid MN RN license and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential
- ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certifications
- At least 1 year of relevant anesthesia experience
- Ability to work two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months
- Strong team communication, adaptability, and commitment to patient safety
About the Assignment:
This ongoing assignment is based at a Level III tertiary care facility in Minneapolis, providing a challenging yet supportive environment for CRNAs. The facility features advanced electronic medical records (Epic) and a focus on specialized care. The scheduled start is October 12, 2026, with an end date of February 1, 2027, offering continuity and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
