What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive care for adult ICU patients in a high-acuity environment with trauma and oncology cases
- Manage critical procedures such as ICP monitoring, external ventricular drain management, and CRRT
- Titrate vasopressors and assist with mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy management, and other advanced interventions
- Monitor and respond to patient conditions such as hemorrhagic and septic shock, ARDS, strokes, and intracranial hypertension
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- 2+ years ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC and ICU procedures
Preferred:
- Oncology experience (not mandatory)
