What You’ll Do
- Provide emergency care for diverse patient populations in a high-volume ER setting
- Triage patients and interpret dysrhythmias promptly
- Administer emergency medications and handle procedural sedation
- Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
- Document care accurately in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to patient safety and quality care
- Float between units as needed, with Pyxis medication management
What You Need
- Ohio RN license
- 2+ years of ER experience, especially in trauma or stroke-certified environments
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
- Comfortable with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency procedures
- Ability to work night shift and adapt to fast-paced emergencies
