What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond quickly to patient needs.
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow all hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant RN experience, ideally in a PCU setting
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital setting and acute care environment
- Ability to work night shifts effectively
