What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:5
- Perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Document patient care using Epic system
- Adapt to floating within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Follow facility protocols and ensure patient safety
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or ICU experience
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in telemetry and patient monitoring
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating holidays
