What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1:5 and monitor patient telemetry.
- Perform IV starts and other clinical procedures within scope.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic or similar systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed.
- Respond to patient needs during night shift hours.
What You Need
- Ohio RN license with active status.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU or similar setting.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications.
- Previous travel or agency nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to various unit settings.
