What You’ll Do
- Monitor telemetry patients, providing continuous assessment of cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and IVs as ordered, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Conduct patient assessments and provide patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (Epic experience required)
- Support a fast-paced and dynamic environment on the night shift
- Respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of recent adult nursing experience, including telemetry monitoring
- Strong clinical skills in IV starts, medication administration, labs, and patient education
- Epic electronic health record experience preferred
- Ability to pass telemetry monitoring assessment
