What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias, including arterial lines and tele monitoring systems
- Access ports, administer blood products, and manage central lines, PICC lines, and IV starts
- Assist with invasive procedures such as chest tube insertions/removals
- Manage high flow oxygen therapies, including HFNC, and interpret ABGs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support symptom management and infection prevention
- Float within units of similar acuity, adhering to patient care standards
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license, BLS certification
- At least 2 years of recent RN experience in a similar setting
- EPIC experience required
- Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, arterial line management, and IV therapy
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
