What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced ER environment
- Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
What You Need
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications current and compliant
- Minimum of 2 years’ ER or acute care experience
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
