PCU Registered Nurse – Stepdown / PCU Unit – Columbus, OH

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent progressive care experience; familiarity with telemetry, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, blood products, central lines, respiratory support, wound care, and peri-surgical patient care preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a stepdown/PCU setting with mixed acuity.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias.
- Administer IV therapies, blood products, and manage central lines and PICC lines.
- Respond to rapid response and code team activations.
- Support pre- and post-surgical patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license & valid certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS)
- 2+ years of progressive care or PCU experience
- Strong technical skills, including telemetry and IV therapy
- Ability to float within the organization as needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
