What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit, including assessments and interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff as needed.
- Respond to patient alarms and address urgent care needs during your shift.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Michigan or appropriate state licensure.
- Experience working in an acute or step-down care setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
