What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to PCU patients during night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Administer IVs, insert IV lines, and perform other bedside procedures
- Document and maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR
- Float to different units across the organization as needed
- Adhere to hospital policies, including safety and infection control protocols
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- At least 2 years of recent PCU experience
- Epic EMR experience
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Ability to float across different units
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
