Registered Nurse – PCU Specialty – Columbus, OH

- Shift: Night 1x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Schedule: Every other weekend (Friday & Saturday nights)
- Hours per week: 36 hours
- Employment Type: 13-week contract
- Licensure/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience, telemetry, IV insulin protocols, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the PCU unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias accurately
- Manage IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license and BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in telemetry or similar unit
- Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
- Experience with IV insulin protocols preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
