What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized care to neuro ICU patients, including monitoring intracranial pressure and managing ventilators
- Administer IV therapies and perform telemetry monitoring
- Respond to patient needs during 12-hour shifts, ensuring high-quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain compliance with unit protocols and safety standards
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EHR system
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as necessary
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license or compact license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Neuro ICU
- BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring, Epic EHR
Preferred:
- Previous travel experience in ICU settings
