ICU Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool - Columbus, OH

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
- Float across various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU/NCCU
- Provide critical care to diverse patient populations with varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Manage ventilators, telemetry, and IVs
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
- Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
- Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity
