Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care to oncology and surgical patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias, utilizing GE telemetry systems
- Administer blood products and manage IV lines, including central lines and ports
- Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertions/removals and arterial line management
- Utilize specialized equipment, including bladder scanners, Alaris pumps, Stryker beds, and high-flow nasal cannula
- Support infection prevention protocols and fall risk assessments
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license and BCLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience in med/surg or oncology settings
- Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, and IV starts
- Experience with EPIC EMR required
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and float across units
