What You’ll Do
- Provide postpartum and mother-baby care for new mothers and newborns
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support breastfeeding and newborn care
- Assist with labor & delivery as needed, including IV starts and other procedures
- Collaborate with obstetric and pediatric teams to ensure patient safety
- Document care accurately in EPIC electronic health records
- Float to similar acuity units as needed to meet staffing requirements
- Comply with all hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Current Ohio RN license (or appropriate state licensure)
- Minimum 2 years postpartum experience with IV start skills and L&D background
- BLS certification required; EPIC experience preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
