Registered Nurse – PCU Specialty – Columbus, OH

Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric oncology and surgical patients
- Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and manage oncologic emergencies
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, including cytokine release syndrome, insulin, and heparin drips
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols and fall prevention strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC or similar electronic health records system
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and professionally
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in oncology or surgical unit
- Preferred:
- ONS Chemo certification
- Experience with EPIC charting and orthopedic or surgical patient populations
