What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized cardiovascular operating room nursing care to patients
- Assist with preoperative preparations and patient assessments
- Support surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and sterile techniques
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage post-operative care and patient recovery processes
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience, with CVOR experience required
- BLS certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in occasional emergency team assignments
