- Required Licenses/Certs: Ohio RN license, BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
- Experience: 2 years Neuro ICU experience

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to neuro ICU patients with complex neurological conditions
- Monitor and interpret intracranial pressure, telemetry, and ventilator readings
- Perform IV starts and manage ventilators and intracranial pressure monitoring devices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic EHR system
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio Registered Nurse license
- 2+ years of Neuro ICU experience
- Current BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, ICP monitoring
- Epic EHR experience
Preferred:
- Experience in a busy ICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
