Registered Nurse - ER (12H Nights) - Bossier City, LA

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations, including infants to end-of-life patients
- Manage patients with various acuity levels, including trauma, cardiac, neuro, and medical emergencies
- Interpret cardiac rhythms, manage ventilators, and titrate critical care drips
- Assist with procedures such as chest tubes, hemodynamic lines, and conscious sedation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hospitalists, radiology, and ED physicians
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
What You Need
- Licensed RN with active registration in Louisiana or ability to reciprocate
- Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience, trauma experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB certifications
- Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to placement
- Strong clinical skills including cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and critical care procedures
