What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room setting
- Assist with circulating and scrubbing procedures for surgical cases
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures
- Support a variety of surgeries, including robotics and oncology
- Adapt to different shifts based on unit needs, including call rotations
- Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or able to obtain
- BCLS certification (required)
- At least 2 years of OR experience, with proficiency in circulating and scrubbing
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system (required)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including call and weekend shifts
About the Assignment:
This position is based at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, with a focus on outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures. The OR team performs a mix of general, specialty, and robotics surgeries, providing a comprehensive clinical experience. You will enjoy a supportive environment committed to your professional growth.

Shift Details:
- Primary shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
- Alternate shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:00 – 16:00)
- Call availability: Evenings, nights, and weekends based on unit needs
