What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement customized outpatient occupational therapy treatment plans
- Assess patient needs to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability
- Document patient progress and modify therapy strategies as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home programs
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
What You Need:
- Valid occupational therapy license or certification
- Relevant outpatient therapy experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the Assignment:
Join a leading facility in Marshall, MI, where you’ll play a key role in outpatient patient recovery programs. Facilities are 17 miles apart, and all schedule requests should be communicated upfront. RTO requests after upload or during interviews will not be approved, with a strict limit of no more than 5 days.
