What You’ll Do:
- Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
- Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive device use, and wound care.
- Assess patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Communicate closely with the healthcare team regarding patient status and treatment plans.
- Supervise and support PT assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in required meetings and trainings.
What You Need:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Prior experience in Long Term Care or rehab settings preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Adherence to professional and ethical standards as per APTA and state practice acts
