What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards
- Administer procedures including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
- Monitor progress and modify treatments based on patient outcomes
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on treatment strategies
- Document all clinical interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Contribute to patient discharge summaries and participate in care planning meetings
- Support and supervise physical therapist assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed
- Comply with all regulatory and professional standards, including APTA guidelines
What You Need:
- Valid Missouri Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year outpatient/long-term care experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
