Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $33.00 – $49.00 (based on education and experience)
- Salary Range: $69,000 – $103,000 annually
- Additional Compensation: $15,000 sign-on bonus; relocation allowance up to $5,000

What You'll Do
- Safely administer precise radiation doses according to treatment plans following ALARA principles
- Perform radiotherapy simulations and treatments
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists and team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Implement new treatment techniques and equipment as directed
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatments and patient information
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Support patient comfort and education throughout treatment processes
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Kansas
- CPR & BLS certifications
- Proven ability to follow safety standards and protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Prior radiotherapy experience
- Familiarity with advanced simulation and treatment techniques
