What You’ll Do
- Provide invasive and non-invasive respiratory care procedures
- Interpret physician orders and assess patient needs
- Deliver prescribed inhalation and ventilation therapies
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
- Respond promptly to emergency situations in critical care units
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Serve as a respiratory care consultant across hospital departments
What You Need
- NBRC certification (RRT or CRT)
- Valid Kansas State License in Respiratory Care
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred
- Ability to interpret medical orders and perform invasive procedures with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
