What You’ll Do:

- Monitor compliance with policies, documentation standards, and chart audits
- Oversee timely documentation and staff adherence to policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to meet rehab goals and ensure high-quality care

- Valid license to practice in Missouri
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and ensure compliance with clinical standards
