Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and clinical interviews
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans suited to inmate needs
- Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention as needed
- Apply psychological counseling techniques within caseload management
What You Need:
- Valid driver’s license and Social Security Card for facility clearance
- Relevant licensure and certification (required by facility)
- Prior experience in mental health counseling or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
