Respiratory Care Practitioner Therapist – Night Shift, Jennings, LA

What You’ll Do:
- Provide respiratory care treatments, oxygen therapy, and ventilation support to patients of all ages
- Monitor and wean oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation
- Perform diagnostic tests such as Arterial Blood Gases and EKGs
- Assist with airway management and artificial airway changes
- Educate patients and staff on procedures and treatment plans
- Document all clinical care accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain certifications and stay current with technical procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver safe, effective patient-centered care
What You Need:
- Current Louisiana Respiratory Therapist license
- BLS certification, ACLS, and PALS (if applicable)
- NRP certification (preferred for NICU work)
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
