Description
* **Start Date:** October/November 2026 (60–90 days credentialing)
* **Assignment Length:** 4–6 months with option to extend
* **Schedule:** Tuesday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (4 days/week)
* **Call:** 1 weekend per month and 1–2 weekday call shifts**Practice Details** * Mix of clinic and OR responsibilities
* 1–2 OR days per week (7 AM–4 PM) and 2–3 clinic days per week
* First assist for orthopedic surgery cases, primarily total joints (knees, hips, and shoulders)
* Clinic volume averages 20–25 patients per day
* Adult and geriatric patient population, with some adolescents **Facility & Team** * Level III Trauma Center and 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
* EMR: Cerner
* MAKO robotic technology available in the OR
* Work alongside 3 orthopedic surgeons and 2 APPs
* In-house X-ray and rehabilitation services **Requirements** * Board Certified NP or PA
* Active Oregon license preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic surgery experience
* Orthopedic clinic experience, including fracture management and joint injections
* Total joint first assist experience required
