What You’ll Do
- Provide cardiac anesthesia for a high-volume case load (~500 cases annually)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cardiac surgeries and structural heart procedures
- Participate in training and continuing education programs
- Support the facility’s Center of Excellence and stroke center initiatives
- Contribute to patient care in a busy Emergency Department serving trauma cases (Level II Trauma Center)
- Assist with internal moonlighting opportunities, if desired
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Louisiana or ability to obtain one
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Prior experience or training in cardiac anesthesia preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
