Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Approximately $1.00/hour (note: pay details discussed upon application)
- Pay package: Guaranteed base salary of $500,000 + uncapped productivity bonus ($84 per wRVU)
- Signing bonus: $100,000 (payable in the first two years)
- Paid time off: 5 weeks annually
- CME allowance: $5,000 per year
- Relocation assistance: $10,000
- Retirement Plan: 403(b) with 4% employer match
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage
- Additional: Public Service Loan Forgiveness-eligible employer, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient pulmonary consultations and follow-ups for adult patients
- Perform advanced procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, and ventilator management
- Collaborate with hospitalist teams and participate in multidisciplinary patient care
- Use Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Engage in procedures aimed at improving respiratory health outcomes
- Support a multidisciplinary team within a hospital-based clinic adjacent to ICU
What You Need
- BC/BE in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine
- Ohio medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Proven experience with advanced pulmonary procedures (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
