Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 2-day assignment in Kansas, starting Sep 3, 2026. This role involves 12-hour shifts, specifically 7AM-7PM, with no call or clinic duties, focusing on critical patient care including RSI, intubation, procedural sedation, central line placement, and trauma management.
Responsibilities and Duties - Perform 12-hour shifts (7AM-7PM)
- Manage cases requiring RSI
- Perform intubation
- Conduct procedural sedation
- Place central lines
- Place chest tubes
- Perform ultrasounds
- Perform lumbar punctures
- Provide trauma patient care
- Perform joint reductions
- Read X-rays
