What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care to oncology and med-surg patients, including chemotherapy administration and symptom management
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage arterial lines and central lines
- Access ports, manage PICC lines, and assist with chest tube procedures
- Administer blood products and IV therapy
- Utilize specialized equipment including GE telemetry monitors, Bladder Scanner, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
- Collaborate within unit teams, float within units of similar acuity levels
- Follow infection prevention protocols and ensure patient safety
What You Need:
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg/Oncology RN experience
- BLS certification
- EPIC electronic health record experience
- Ability to interpret ABGs and dysrhythmias
- Experience with central lines, port access, and IV start
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
