What You’ll Do
- Provide expert perioperative nursing care in diverse surgical settings, including neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, and complex general surgery
- Assist with patient positioning, sterile procedures, and surgical instrumentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain sterile field and ensure infection control standards
- Document patient care and surgical details accurately
- Support emergency protocols in Level I trauma situations and complex surgeries
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license and BCLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience, including neuro and complex surgeries
- Prior experience in trauma, neuro, ENT, GU, plastics, or burns preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends, as required
