Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner – Minneapolis, MN | Inpatient Hematology & Oncology

- Experience: Prior hematology experience required; strong hematology focus preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care in a 686-bed hospital setting
- Support staff with a focus on benign and malignant hematology patients
- Manage patient admissions, treatments, and care plans for diverse age groups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including inpatient hematology/oncology staff and other providers
- Utilize EPIC EMR to document and coordinate care
- Support the development of the hospital’s bone marrow transplant program (knowledge preferred but not required)
- Conduct patient assessments, procedures, and education related to hematology
What You Need:
Required:
- MN licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
- Prior hematology inpatient experience (benign & malignant)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to support a full-time schedule during weekdays
Preferred:
- Experience with bone marrow procedures or knowledge
- Strong focus on hematology patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
