What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care in a clinical setting
- Participate in call coverage, including weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend calls
- Perform complex spine and neurosurgical procedures as per privileges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Document cases and maintain compliance with hospital privileging requirements
- Support the facility’s mission to deliver excellent neurosurgical services
What You Need
- Active medical license in California
- Board Certified in Neurosurgery (or eligible within 3-5 years of residency)
- DEA license
- Certification in fluoroscopy (temp fluoroscopy accepted)
- Experience with complex spine surgeries (minimum 2 years hospital clinical activity)
- Ability to submit 100 cases within the past 24 months relevant to privileges
- Updated CV including all hospital affiliations
