What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical care to adult cardiology patients in outpatient and procedural settings
- Support in conducting nuclear reads, stress tests, and echocardiograms (echo board certification preferred)
- Collaborate with lab personnel on cardiac procedures and monitor patient progress
- Document clinical findings accurately using EPIC EMR system
- Support the hospital’s cardiology department with scheduled procedures and patient follow-ups
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide on-call support as scheduled, including nights and weekends (1-2 nights per week and 1-4/5 weekend calls)
What You Need
Required:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology
- PA license or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) acceptance only
- DEA license
- Minimum 1 year of cardiology practice experience
- Echocardiography Board certification highly desirable but not mandatory (CT board a plus)
Preferred:
- Experience with nuclear cardiology, stress testing, and TEE procedures
- Strong proficiency in EPIC EMR
